Been a while since my last update, but i’ll now be more constant in updating with the latest from the digital and marcomms world!
I had the privilege of participating at the CW500 event last week, organised in London by Computer Weekly, entitled: “Engaging the Digital Custumer”.
The topics mostly wandered around how to articulate different areas of expertise like marketing, technology and information to ensure your company or brand is either improving the quality of service (differentiation strategy) or reducing costs/increasing revenues (cost strategy).
